POST CLEANSE

Congratulations, you are a Raw Replenish Juice Warrior!!!! By now, you may be experiencing a wide range of emotions. A juice cleanse is truly a mind, body, spirit experience!

Celebrate your success, you just fed your body over 20lbs of organic produce EVERY DAY. Your body is renewing itself at a cellular level and you will begin to notice small changes moving forward as you introduce solid foods back into your diet. Your digestive system has been at almost a complete state of rest over these past few days, so be mindful of what you put into your body over these next few days. 

Post Cleanse Day One and beyond.

Starting with a wide variety of fruits and veggies is a good idea on your rest day post cleanse. Depending on what your goals are, you will want to gradually introduce the different food groups into your diet. Diving into alcohol, refined sugars, greasy foods and red meats is probably not the best idea within the first few days post cleanse. Slowly introduce each food group starting with fruits and veggies, then move onto nuts and seeds and lean meats last.  If you choose to add in dairy, make sure it’s the last food group you add into your diet, as dairy is often the source of digestive and inflammatory
issues for most people.

Tips:
• Opt for grass fed, organic meats.
• Continue drinking half your body weight in ounces of water
